PRODUCTS: The boats offered for rent according to the official price list of the COMPANY, which may change according to the COMPANY’s policy.

ORDER VALUE: The final amount you will be charged to fulfill your booking
GENERALLY

In order to place a reservation through the WEBSITE, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity, except for special conditions. The COMPANY expressly declares that it provides its services exclusively within the geographical limits of the Greek Territory.

Your reservations are strictly for your personal – private use. Under no circumstances may you market or resell its services.

You guarantee that the information you give to the COMPANY’s partners and/or declare on the WEBSITE is accurate and true and does not offend anyone in any way. The call center of the service operates every day during the opening hours of the store, except Sundays. We bear no responsibility for the non-operation of any of our proposed services in case of force majeure, including technical problems of telecommunications services, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

The fee for placing your reservation is the fee your telecommunications provider charges you for the service you choose. In other words, there is no additional charge to telecommunications fees to make a reservation.

To be able to place an order through the WEBSITE you must first be registered as a user. You are registered automatically by filling in your personal information in the relevant form on the “ACCOUNT” page. By completing and submitting the “NEW USER” form, you must provide a valid personal e-mail address and mobile phone number.

Please note that by completing and submitting the “NEW USER” form, you automatically declare that you have read these terms and that you fully accept them, as well as that you wish to receive news about the COMPANY’s offers and actions (newsletters).
